A huge thank you to all the local authorities and councils who contributed to the consultations for the DFID Community Linking Programme (DCLP). The programme is launching in spring and further information will be available via our mailing list. To join, simply go to http://www.dfid.gov.uk/dclp and use the link there to register your details.
DCLP received over 400 responses to the survey, which will help the programme build a comprehensive picture of linking in the UK, including the nature and range of Linking and the activities currently undertaken by Links. Information from the survey, and from the LG-Alliance’s own survey into international activity, is now being used to inform the development of the programme to ensure it meets the key needs identified by those who took part. |
